At Hair Garden, we understand that life happens and sometimes you cannot make your appointment. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, you do give us 24 hour notice. If 24 hour notice is not given, we do reserve the right to charge you for 50% of the schedule service.
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we kindly ask that you immediately reach out to your stylist. They may ask you to reschedule your appointment. If they can still accommodate you, the stylist may have to skip part of your service (haircut or blowdry).
If you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge your card for 100% of the missed service. A credit card on file is required in order to book your service.
For new clients booking a service over $150, we may require a booking deposit of 30% of the scheduled service.
